“Ed was a keynote speaker at one of our monthly meetings. Members were impressed with his dynamism, his technical and professional knowledge, and his ability to aptly deal with rapid fire questions from our members. He practices what he preaches and delivers what he promises.”

Working with Ed Barks
Proper room set up and audio/visual arrangements benefit the audience and help to avoid any confusion with the staff that sets up the facility where Ed Barks will speak.
Our guidelines are just that - guidelines. Flexibility is our watchword, so if you see anything that may prove difficult for you, just let us know by contacting Celeste Heath at (540) 955-0600 or via e-mail. These guidelines are intended to make matters run more smoothly the day of your program, not to cause additional hassles for you.
We encourage you to share these guidelines with the individuals at your hotel or production company who will physically set up the room. One or more of these documents will no doubt prove useful:
Our number one goal is to deliver the high quality program you deserve. A room that is set up inefficiently can lead to a negative experience for the audience, for you, and for Ed.
