Spokesperson Minicamp

Minicamp is no longer just for athletes. Spokesperson Minicamp is designed to help your organization identify and develop additional spokespeople. Best of all, once identified, we chart a plan for their future development.

Develop a Strong Stable of Talent
Football fans recognize minicamp as a proving ground that begins to separate the potential all-pros from the career bench warmers, similar to casting calls issued in Hollywood and on Broadway.

Leading organizations realize that continuing success hinges on developing and training their roster of spokespeople. New issues, product launches, public policy initiatives, media campaigns, and retirements among your senior executives are just a few of the events that create demand to continuously refresh the faces and voices that make up the public face of your organization.

Your challenge comes in successfully identifying who should fill those shoes. That’s where Spokesperson Minicamp comes into play. It helps ascertain the cream of the spokesperson crop in your organization.

Cold-eyed Assessment
Here’s how Spokesperson Minicamp works. We hold a workshop for up to 12 individuals from your organization—people you believe may have the talent and inclination to become great communicators. We put them through the paces of media interviews or presentations just like they might face in the real world. Everything is videotaped and critiqued.

That’s just the start. Immediately following the workshop, we sit down with you and discuss who holds the most promise and who should not be thrust into the limelight. We pull no punches in these confidential review sessions. Everything is discussed in frank terms.

Creating a Culture of Lifelong Learning
Our commitment to you doesn’t stop there. Once we identify your potential Super Bowl-level spokespeople, we build upon their Spokesperson Minicamp experience, mapping out a plan designed to provide them with a more intensive lifelong learning program. The benefits accrue not only to them, but to your organization as well.
